The SPP is a cooperation scheme between Mexico, the US and Canada launched in 2005, to advance on common objectives to enhance the prosperity, the security and the quality of life of the three countries.
Summary of the 2007 NAFTA Commission Meeting
The three NAFTA representatives from Mexico, Canada, and the United States met in Vancouver on August 13th and 14th for talks aimed at expanding the flow of goods and services within the North American region.
