DR-CAFTA Textile Cumulation Provisions Entered into Force for Mexico
The DR-CAFTA textile cumulation provisions were implemented on August 15, 2008, allowing textile products originating in Mexico to be used to manufacture woven apparel in Central America and Dominican Republic, and then exported to the United States duty-free.
