New Maquila Decree

Continuing with the strategy of reducing the transaction costs and promoting external trade, on November
1st, 2006, the Ministry of Economy published in the Federal Official Gazette Decree for the Promotion and Operation of the Manufacturing, the Promotion and Operation of the Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Exportation Services Industry (IMMEX), and is effective since November 13, 2006.
